PDF patterns and sewing courses (Threads+) are always delivered upon order, since they are digital, and sent automatically.
But physical orders (printed sewing patterns) and customer service will be a bit slower during week 29-31 (July 12th to Aug 3rd). I'll ship physical orders once or twice each week during this period.
